This line is specitically equipment for corrugated cardboard production,it includes :hydraulic shaftless miss roll stand,single surface corrugating machine ,pre-heating cylinder,overhead bridge,multiple pre-heating cylinder,glue applying machine,double facer,heavy drive stand,N.C.slitter scorer,N.C.helical cross cutter,sheet delivery,etc. The raw paper is fed from the raw paper holder,passing through tunnel,where the paper is heated and the moisture inside the paper is adjuested.Then the paper is sent into the Single faced corrugating device and is corrugated and shape-formed,here the single surface corrugated paper is adhered to another paper,forming single surface corrugated paper.After that,by the crane the paper is sent to and pre-heated by the mult phase pre-heater.The glue putting machine puts glue onto the paper,and the glued paper is sent to the dual surface heating and forming machine,at this moment the final corrugated paper is formed and outputted continuously. Add a set of single facer, mill roll stand, pre heater and a bridge conveyor, it could produce 5-layer cardboard. Add two sets it could produce 7-layer, add three sets could produce 9-layer.The formed paper then pass through the cutting paper is stacked,assorted,and counted by the stacking machine,and you will see the final products outputted by this whole line continuously.
