Long Auger drilling rig is a new product which developed based on domestic and international advanced technology. It is a foundation and basic processing equipment, applied for CFG, precast pile, cast-in-place pile, and diaphragm wall, soft base enhance, etc, especially for piling foundation in housing construction. Currently CFG pile foundation and grouting ultra-fluidized construction technique which has been widely applied to civil construction, traffic, and energy and so on, and it is developed as a kind of composite foundation treatment of new technology in recent years and also listed as national new method and national construction standard.

Main Accessory:

1.Drill Pipe  

Drill Bits

The machine uses spiral drill pipe,jointed by flange. The bottom of the drill pipe has a valve,preventing the clay from entering the center pipe.When pressing concrete or clay, the valve can open automatically.

2.Power Head

The head is composed of decelerator,two air-cooled motors,bend head,hoisting frame and slider.When in operation,two motors drive the decelerator's high speed axis rotating through coupling,whose power is transferred to lower speed axis, and then the lower speed axis drive the drill pipe rotating through flange. The top side of lower speed axis has sealed accessory and connecting with bend pipe.

3. Swing mechanism

The swing unit can make the pile frame turning 360 degree, and the huge frame decelerator can easily avoid the unnecessary damage.
